There is such a great collection of recipes and yoga/HIIT videos. The yoga has helped me be more mindful and I really enjoyed it!
Annie is great! She brings loads of positivity to the programme and helps you to focus. She goes above and beyond and is more than just a coach for the programme, she is totally invested in your journey.
From the course, I have reconnected with the food I put in my body. Her recipe book was a revelation- the vegan food was delicious and easy to prepare. You also get the Saturday yoga class as part of the package. Annie is a superb yogi and I look forward to each class!

There’s some great recipes and they were easy to adapt for my fussy partner so we weren’t having to cook separate meals. The yoga vids are fab too- you can do them at your own pace and fit them around your day.
