What does coaching look like with me?
You can choose to dedicate 12 weeks with me that will create the building blocks to make the change you’ve been wanting to make. In the sessions we unpick limiting beliefs, create a lifestyle that will support your growth and challenge patterns of behaviour. 1:1 coaching is an amazing tool for growth and worth the investment as you are investing in you. The sessions are tailored to YOU and together we connect back into the parts of you that feel neglected, lost or stuck.
Working with me can be fun, insightful and we will go deep into who you are. This is healing work and no healing work is pretty, but it is always worth it.

What is the difference to coaching instead of therapy?
Coaching is goals based. You will have ‘homework’ to do in between sessions as well as goals that will be set and reflected on as the sessions go on. It is a tangible health journey where we will aim to get from A to B.
In therapy we delve more into core beliefs, your inner child and managing/ understanding feelings and behaviours. If you’re not sure which one is for you then we can discuss it in a free clarity call.
