Winter Day Retreat: 21st January 2024: At the River Room, Halton: Join Annie for a full day of yoga, rest and winter themed activities. All day retreats are fully catered with a full vegetarian lunch and drinks.

Spring Residential Retreat: 11th-15th March 2024: At St Marks Stay, Sedburgh: Join Annie for a fully catered 4 night retreat! This retreat will be a nourishing reset and will involve daily yoga sessions, breathwork, nature walks, creative activities and more!

Retreat Days.

Retreat Days are my favourite events to run! The day is just the perfect opportunity to take time away from your busy lives and connect in with yourself. The days are usually made up of 2 yoga classes (suitable for all levels), meditation, relaxation, a homemade vegetarian meal and other personalised activities around the theme of the day!

Winter Day Retreat

Join Annie for a full nourishing day of yoga and relaxation!

This retreat day will be themed around looking after ourselves in winter. Winter is a time where our bodies are craving rest which will be a big theme of our workshop.

Step into Spring Retreat

Join Annie for a Spring residential Retreat!

This retreat will span over 4 nights with 3 full days of activities that is aimed to reconnect, release and reset you.

11th- 15th March

Early Bird Price: £350 (pay £100 deposit to secure your spot)

What’s Included?


Arrival approx 4.30pm Monday 11th March
Opening Circle, Yin practice and nourishing evening meal.

Day 1- RECONNECT
This day will be about connecting to your body, mind and soul through yoga, meditation, nature walk and rest.

Day 2- RELEASE
After reconnecting on day 1 will be focusing on release. This will be supported through yoga, meditation, breathwork release, creative activities and (weather permitting) a fire pit circle.

Day 3- RESET
We will spend this day resetting and grounding back with intention. The day will include yoga, meditation, rest, intention setting and nature connection.

Departure approx 10am Friday 15th April: We will end with a lovely breakfast and closing circle.

The retreat will be punctuated with free time, reflection time and rest. This is a fully catered retreat so all cooking and cleaning is taken care of. All I ask is you come with an open mind and ready to immerse yourself into the process.

Accommodation:

Rooms-

St Mark's Stay has gorgeous rooms so that you can get nice and comfortable on your stay! Each room has it's on private bathroom. 

We have 6 rooms altogether- 5 twin rooms, all with an ensuite and one room with a double bed and ensuite.

 Please note that you will be required to share a room, if you are coming with someone then I will put you in a room together. If you are coming with a partner and wish to share a bed you will either be allocated the double or the twin bedrooms can be changed into a double bed. 

If you are wanting a room to yourself, then please get in touch as there is an extra fee attached to this.

Any questions about the rooms, please get in touch! I won't be allocating rooms until much nearer the time so we can try and make it work for you so that your stay is as comfortable as possible. 

Communal Areas-
We have a few communal areas that you can unwind and relax in: 

Inside we have two lounges and large dining room to spread out in. Loads of space to find a little corner to read your book and have a brew. 

Outside we have access to the large garden with plenty of comfortable seating as well as a fire pit! Fingers crossed we will have fresh sunny weather so that we can enjoy this space. 

The Studio-

One of the best things about this venue is that it comes with the most gorgeous yoga studio! The studio will be where we gather for classes and sessions, the sacred space on our retreat. 

It has mats and some equipment (I will bring anything else we need) which means you only need to bring yourself! It's amazing to find a venue with such a gorgeous space to have our yoga sessions in. If the weathers good enough, we may even take our practice outside so that we can enjoy the amazing view whilst on our mats.
