Yoga for Everbody
Yoga has been an amazing tool for my own self development and mental health. I have also experienced injuries and fatigue from certain types of practices. I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years and been a teacher for 6 years. I have witnessed how many of us want to do yoga, but the western body struggles with some of the postures. I have developed a style with the western body in mind which is still interesting but accessible… doesn’t mean I won’t push you though!
The physical practice of yoga helps us to connect deeper with our bodies and find presence in our lives.
I am a trained vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga teacher.
Yoga can be for everybody and we can find the class for you!
